Delivery Information
- Order Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the order.
- Shipping Partners: Orders are shipped via India Post or DTDC, depending on the situation and availability in your area.
- Delivery Method: Depending on their service area, the delivery agency may contact you to collect the package from their nearest office.
- Delivery Timeline: We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as it depends on the courier partner’s schedule and availability. Delivery times may vary based on their service and your location.
- Delivery Charge: A minimum charge of Rs.80 will be added to your order. Delivery charges will apply based on the product’s weight and items
- Free Delivery: Orders of a minimum of 3 handmade soaps will be Free delivered all over India
- The final delivery cost will be calculated and confirmed when the order is confirmed.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the product at helloensud@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue (including photos if possible)
- Proof of purchase
Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or a refund.
2. Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement.
- Non-availability of Products: If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund of your payment.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the refund is approved.
3. Non-refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Products that have been opened or used unless they are defective.
- Orders are cancelled after dispatch or during delivery.
- Products returned without prior communication and approval from our team.
4. Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at helloensud@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations.
In the event of order cancellation before dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If you are eligible for a return due to a damaged or defective product, ENSUD will cover the shipping costs. For any other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
